This flow yoga workshop focuses on advanced postures and how to do them safely such as handstands, headstands, arm balances, standing balances, transitions between poses and more. This class is designed to challenge you to go deeper into your yoga practice physically, spiritually and mentally.
Not recommended for beginners. At least one All Levels Lotus Yoga class with Lauren is recommended prior to workshop.
