Each class is designed to cultivate mindfulness, foster body awareness, and encourage self-acceptance as we link movement to breath and explore the practice. The flow incorporates elements of breathwork and meditation, inviting practitioners to connect deeply with themselves while moving through the practice. Lotus Slow Flow

For yogis who need stress relief. Class will target tension areas in the body and use slow and gentle pose sequencing to relieve stress. This class is very low impact, and is recommended for beginners. |1hr -75min|

Lotus All Levels Vinyasa Flow

This moderately paced vinyasa class offers many options so you can choose the level and intensity you want in your practice. We sync the breath to movement as we flow between postures to release stress and tension from the mind and body |1hr -75min|

LOtus Chakra Flow

Activate your 7 chakras, or energy centers, using breath, yoga, and meditation. Each class focuses on one chakra connecting us to our energy to our inner wisdom. | 75min.|

LOtus Restorative Flow

Restorative yoga flow will melt away your stress. Gentle stretching and relaxation by candlelight, calming music, cozy bolsters, blankets, and aromatherapy. The only way to end your day. |1hr|

Lotus Pre-natal Yoga

Yoga designed especially for your changing body during pregnancy. Practice with other parents-to-be and create a community of support! This class is suitable for beginner yogis, and all stages of pregnancy. | 1hr|
