Strength and Conditioning for Yogis with Henry Morales
In this workshop you will learn about some of the foundational categories of movement that help support, prevent injury and build strength for various yoga poses.
We will teach you how to apply the functional strength building movements to recruit muscles from the core to the extremities. The categories of movement reviewed will include: squats, upper body and deadlift. In addition, the workshop will review the benefits of CrossFit as a core strength and conditioning program. A brief beginner friendly workout will be included at the end of the workshop.
