Yoga for Digestion

Fall is the time of season shift from summer to winter and it is the perfect time to re-establish healthy eating habits that support the digestive system.

In this workshop we will practice a yoga sequence using specific poses aimed at proper digestion. After savasana we will discuss home remedies, mindful eating, seasonal eating and seasonal cleansing.

Best of all, we get to enjoy a delicious seasonal meal prepared by Private Chef Karen Forest with local, fresh ingredients that support healthy digestion and overall wellness.
